Necessary questions for muslims http://www.ipertisalithias.gr/index.php?cat=15&id=30&bg=18#article
Necessary questions to Muslims
ꟷThe following
questions are the backbone or the foundation of truth for a religious dialogue
between Christians and Muslims; THEY MUST NOT BE OVERLOOKED for the sake of
other ones. All other questions are secondary and tertiary to them and so these
are the ones that need to be answered FIRST, I would say the ONLY
ONES (!) that should be answered, because they determine the basis and
completion of the truth concerning whether the God of the Bible is the Allah
of the Qu’ran as it claims it is and in turn if Islam
is from the God of the Bible or not. When answered with objectivity, one
realizes that any more time used to research the religion of Islam as if it
supposedly derived from the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, is simply is
futile, even dangerous.
Let's look at the
questions.
®The Qur'an emerged
about 700 years after Christianity (many claim, even
later!). It has been prophesied however in the New Testament, that false
prophets would appear in future times with another gospel. Why should we
Christians then attach any importance to your Qur'an, when A) it has no
continuity with the Holy Bible, it even openly contradicts it by rejecting its
basic theology and B) when we find no mention of any historical exception to
this prophecy? If God wanted us to become Muslims, would He not prepare us for
that?? But nothing, just complete silence on it.
[We point out here,
that Mormons (also called Church of the later day
saints), also claim the same authority of divine revelation as the
Christian religion, and they, like Muslims, act as proofreaders and continuers of the Bible (of the
divine revelation), and for the same reason: their (pseudo)prophet Joseph Smith
with His "holy" book/s claimed, 1800 years after the New Testament,
that an angel appeared to him as well, that he too then is of God and that the
Bible is not reliable any more. No coincidence then, that in both Mormonism and
Islam an angel appeared and gave new Revelation supposedly, while in the New
Testament we are warned about angels of light that may bring another
gospel... -To add to that, Mormonism and Islam have no theological
agreement, so whose angel spoke the truth?? The Bible’s teachings proves them both to be of the Devil!]
® Allah never spoke to Muhammad directly and
never did miracles through him! This is something that would immediately grasp
the attention of all our fellow muslims, IF of course
THEY KNEW THE GOD OF THE BIBLE.
Think: The allah of the quran claims to be the God (JHWH) of the Bible. But how can
this be, when all the prophets of God, in the Bible, were spoken to directly by
God and carried on His work as they were directly instructed? Why didn’t he
speak directly to Muhammad, but supposedly, only through the angel Gabriel?
To add to
that, Muhammad, is said to never have done any miracle. Why is that? All the
prophets of the Bible were directly connected to the supernatural actions of
God, why is Muhammad not aligning with them? We find in the quran
people rightfully wondering: “Why has no sign been sent down upon him from
his Lord?” (Q 6:37). Some made the comparison between Moses and Muhammad
and asked “Why has he not been given the like of that Moses was given?”
(Q 28:48). The ones that doubted he was a prophet would say: “If only a
miracle could come down to him from his Lord (we will then believe)” (Q
13:7 and 11:12).
I mean, Muhammad supposedly was sent to
tell us that Christianity was wrong?? How can God not give His stamp of
approval, as He did with all his prophets throughout Biblical history?? It does
not make sense.
®The Book of Genesis in the Old Testament, is the
First Book of the Bible and testifies to the creation of the world. The Book of
Revelation, placed (not by chance) at the end of the book of the New Testament,
testifies to the end of the world as we know it. It’s then logical to accept
that what God wanted for us Christians, would be written, within that period,
that is, between the beginning and the end of the world, between the first and
the last book. Doesn’t it seem unreasonable then for us Christians, that God
would want to add more writings of His, called The Qur'an, 700 years AFTER
the last book, that of Revelation?? One would expect the book of Revelation
to have been written AFTER the Qur'an, not before!! - But the canon is closed,
so how does a new book open it and with such a different and
opposite-in-content information, where -in a few words...- an extremely
strange and sinful "prophet" is described, who supposedly reveals the
Biblical God and His ways completely different from what He Himself revealed in
His Bible? This must be answered. -This brings us to the next necessary
question.
®God never changes.
The God of the Bible, as Personalities and in His ways/functions, has nothing
to do with the Allah of the Qur'an. Why is that, if Allah of the Qur'an, is
supposedly the same as the God of the Bible?
®Two thousand years
ago, the Apostle of Jesus Christ, John, prophesied in the last book of the New
Testament, the Book of Revelation, about two prophets who would make their
appearance in the time of the end, before the coming of Jesus Christ. He
prophesied nothing about a prophet who would supposedly come to correct and
continue God's previous revelation, the integrity of which was supposedly
not preserved by God as Islam claims (not the Qur'an itself by the way, it says
that best things about the Bible!!). How is such an omission possible?? It is
assumed that Muhammad (whose real name is: Qutham) is
already now a prophet of the God of the Bible for 1300 years, so why such an
incredible silence about his appearance as a messenger of God, while two other
prophets who will make their supernatural appearance are testified to??
Shouldn’t this make Christians and Muslims think that there’s something strange
being claimed here in regards to the new prophet?
®Why does Muhammad's
personality and history, as a supposed prophet of the God of the Bible, have
nothing to do with the other prophets and apostles of the Bible, that is,
comparing their behaviors, commands and personal relationships with God?
(Muhammad even believed that he was possessed by a demon and attempted suicide
many times...)
®Islam categorically
states that the Qur'an has been guarded by Allah in its first form, as it was
given, without any change (in letters, pronunciation, words, etc.). Why then
did Allah not keep the rest of his given Word in the Old and New Testaments?
-Notice, that this is the accusation against the Bible by the Muslims, which
however embarrassingly contradicts the statements of Muhammad for the
Divine preservation of the accuracy of the Bible and even authority over the
Qur'an!!
®We have just said
before, that Islam categorically states that the Qur'an, his spoken message,
has been guarded by Allah in its first form, without any change (in letters,
punctuation, words, etc.). But the manuscripts of the Qur'an and its more
than 30 Arabic versions are CLEARLY DIFFERENT. What is the implication
then to this fundamental pillar of Islam, more specifically, for its Allah and
his book, since that claim is not verified, but rather, as the evidence cries
out, refutes it?
After these questions and the facts
entailed within them, ask yourself, WHY WOULD A KNOWLEDGEABLE CHRISTIAN LEAVE
HIS FAITH TO BECOME A MUSLIM??? Do you sincerely find it reasonable??
-Friends, indeed these
are the basic and in my opinion, actually the best
questions, that every sincere Muslim who loves and fears God, should inquire
into and Christians should always present them in conversations with Muslims.
Research or dialogue, that does not bring these questions to the table, cannot
be considered serious, because they do not lay proper foundations for the
truth. When these are truthfully answered, the conversation for every sincere
Muslim is over... and Islam will become a thing of the past..
-I wish you find the
answers to the above. The true God, that you unfortunately have learned to call
“Allah,” will see your sincere heart and He will guide you.
